What information is being collected?


Currently, nothing. We only collect information if you choose to volunteer it by creating an account, which isn’t required by any means. You may enjoy our site 24/7 without ever creating an account. However, creating an account enables you to save and “heart” products. During the account creation process we collect your name, e-mail address and then ask you to choose and verify a password, all of which is encrypted and stored in our database so that even if we wanted to read it, we couldn’t. If you are really concerned about your privacy, you can contact us using and request that we delete your account. We will do so ASAP. We do not currently have a mailing list, but we may consider launching one in the future. However, by registering with the site and providing an e-mail address, you are agreeing to opt-in to any future e-mails from Loot Nerd. Of course any e-mail we send to you will be from us directly, not any third party. Furthermore, any and all e-mails sent to you will contain an ‘unsubscribe’ link which will omit you from any future e-mails. All that being said, we’re not in the business of spamming you.
